ABOUT ME

I am a registered clinical psychologist, licensed by the College of Psychologists of Ontario. I completed my Masters at The New School for Social Research in New York and my doctorate at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. During my time in the United States, I worked with individuals in hospital and community-based settings. After returning to Canada, I practiced at Broadview Psychology, a comprehensive Dialectical Behaviour Therapy clinic. While at Broadview, I ran groups, provided individual and parenting interventions, as well as consultation and supervision. I also specialized in treating diverse and complex presentations of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder for individuals, groups, and caregivers.
Currently, I work with adolescents and adults and specialize in treating Mood and Anxiety disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I use the following evidence-based methods: Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Prolonged Exposure. My approach to treatment is collaborative, goal-directed, and skills-focused. My aim is to help clients achieve greater self-awareness as they work towards their goals.
